Return Policy

 Returns for ONLINE PURCHASES Only

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. (Including delivery day)
• All Sale Items are FINAL SALE
• If local, exchanges can be made at the store location
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 14 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original packaging and tags attached.
• If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged items upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
• Returns are processed within two weeks of the packaged invoice.
• Returned items following all refund guidelines will be refunded in full minus any shipping charges. 
• Kanuk Sheepskin cannot anticipate what Customs charges may be in each country, any additional charges from customs will be the responsibility of the customer. 
• RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS BOUGHT AT STORE MAY BE DIFFERENT.
